1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may have an extra fee.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days.

  • Other Locations: 5–7 working days.

  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 working days.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track the status of your shipment anytime using the provided tracking ID.

5. Shipping Partners

  • We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Undelivered / Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address / non-availability, we will attempt re-delivery.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
